  Review from an out of towner: Was in Crookston for a college GBB game. It was a Saturday night, place was slightly busy, but not overly. Upon arrival, we as a group merged some tables together so we were all able to sit together. Waitress came over, no smile, and she must have been fairly new maybe. She took our drink orders, came back for SOME cards to have an open tab. We sat, and not sure if she thought we were not going to eat, but I went and grabbed a napkin container and one menu for our table. I finally had to tell server we would like to order food. She took our order, about an hour later our pizzas came. Servers were switched while we were there. They forgot a chicken breast sandwich,one of us ordered with no bun. All that came was a breast, the lettuce was not there or the tomato and she was given sour cream and not mayo. I went back to talk to the manager, I was told I had to go to the kitchen area, and I stood for about a minute and none of the gentleman acknowledged my presence. Due to this I walked away, signed my charge slip, left no tip and walked out the door planning not to return. Being in the server business myself, I know tips are not just given, they are earned. On a slightly more positive note, the pizza was ok.
